I think this is the root cause of all the problems people are experiencing! I ended up having to completely remove the printer, drivers and packages on the server and driversol.com re-install it with the same drivers to get it to match! This modify date change of the files I am not sure how to fix as I have no idea how the server ended up with a modify date that was newer than the last release date of the drivers. Try copying the entire printer driver folder to rolling back the server share where the pnputil get its drivers from. When I was initially having problems, I found that the cause was because the drivers that pnputil were downloading were not including all the files needed.
